Turkish DTM publishes expiry notice for AD duties on billets
According to a notice released in the Official Journal today, the Turkish Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade (DTM) published an expiry notice regarding the antidumping duties on billets, rolled or obtained by continuous casting, imported from Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. On October 7, 2001, the DTM imposed antidumping duties on billets, rolled or obtained by continuous casting, imported from Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. The subject duties will expire on October 17, 2006. However, under Turkish Republic regulations, if a final review is initiated before the expiry date, and if the DTM determines that the expiration of the duties are likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury, the duties will remain in effect. Customs Tariff Codes of the products subject to the duties are 7207.11.14.00.13, 7207.11.14.00.14, 7207.11.16.00.13, 7207.11.16.00.14, 7207.11.15.00.13, 7207.11.15.00.14. Interested parties may submit their request for a final review three months before the expiry date by the latest.
