Russia-based TMK, one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, has announced that tests of TMK PF ET premium connections have been successfully conducted at the Oil States Industries international testing center in Aberdeen, UK.

The tests were aimed at determining whether the design could maintain gas-tightness under the application of full compression force. During the tests, the connections were subjected to both internal and external pressure, tension and compression.
