Tanggang announces HRC & CRC October prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai Hebei province based Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co Ltd (Tanggang) released its October ex-factory prices of hot rolled coil and cold rolled coil on September 25, 2006. The company also announced its settled prices for the sales made in September to its agents. The October ex-factory prices of HR and CR remained unchanged compared with September. >3.5 mm thick Q235 hot rolled coil is RMB 3,900/mt ($493); and 1.0 mm thick SPCC cold rolled coil is RMB 4,500/mt ($569). Meanwhile, the settled September price of >3.5 mm thick Q235 hot rolled coil is RMB 3,750/mt ($474), and that of 1.0 mm thick SPCC cold rolled coil is RMB 4,400/mt ($556). All the above prices include 17 percent VAT.
