Taiwan-based CSC’s steel output rises in November

Taiwan's largest steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) has announced that in November this year its steel production volume totaled 716,884 metric tons, increasing by 2.4 percent compared to the previous month and up three percent year on year.
 
In November, CSC's steel product sales volume amounted to 739,377 metric tons, up 4.9 percent compared to October this year and decreasing by 3.3 percent compared to November 2011.
 
In the month in question, the steelmaker's sales revenues amounted to NTD 14.932 billion ($513.07 million), decreasing by 1.6 percent month on month and down 2.5 percent year on year.
