Sunny Xingye Strip to commission sheet processing project on Dec 28

Hubei Province-based Chinese company Sunny Science and Technology Development Co. has announced that its subsidiary Huangshi Sunny Xingye Strip Co. will commission its overall steel sheet deep processing project on December 28.
          
The project is divided into two phases. Phase one consists of a 1.20 million mt pickling line, a 800,000 mt 1,420 mm six-tandem five-stand continuous casting mill, a 400,000 mt hot rolling galvanized steel production line, a 250,000 mt cold rolling galvanized steel mill, a 250,000 cold rolling continuous annealing mill, a 200,000 non-oriented grain electrical steel continuous de-carbonizing and annealing coating mill, a 150,000 mt 1,400 mm six-tandem single-stand cold rolling mill and a 150,000 mt strip-slitting mill. Phase two consists of two pre-painting galvanized iron (PPGI) production lines, a single-stand reversing mill and a tinplate continuous annealing line.
