Stocks of main finished steel products in China up 4.2 percent in early Sept 2025

On September 10 this year, overall domestic inventories of the five main finished steel products in 21 major cities in China totaled 9.2 million mt, increasing by 4.2 percent compared to August 31, as announced by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA).  

In particular, as of September 10, domestic inventories of HRC, CRC, medium steel plate, wire rod and rebar increased by 0.5 percent, 2.2 percent, 1.9 percent, 9.3 percent and 6.4 percent, respectively, all compared to August 31.
