SSAB Americas, the Americas branch of Swedish steelmaker SSAB, has completed its acquisition of Northport, Alabama-based manufacturer Hard Wear Inc.
Hard Wear fabricates steel plate products that are commonly used for reinforcing surfaces in industrial equipment. Even prior to the acquisition, Hard Wear regularly utilized steel plate from SSAB Americas.
