Spain’s motor vehicle output up 10.56 percent in February

In February this year, Spain's total motor vehicle output amounted to 246,622 units, increasing by 10.56 percent year on year and by 41.35 percent month on month, according to the data reported by the Spanish Automobile and Truck Manufacturers' Association (ANFAC). In the first two months of this year, Spain's motor vehicple output totaled 462,746 units, up 16.25 percent year on year.

In February, Spanish passenger car output rose by 18.29 percent year on year to 199,444 units. In the January-February period, passenger car output reached 373,917 units, up 24.87 percent year on year.

Meanwhile, Spain's motor vehicle export volume in February increased by 6.25 percent year on year to 198,487 units, while in the first two months of the year the export volume increased by 12.11 percent year on year to 383,523 units.
