South Korea’s new car registrations up 20.9% in Jan-Apr

In April this year, South Korea's new car registrations rose 10.4 percent month on month to 13,320 units. Meanwhile, compared to April 2012 new car registrations in the country increased 24.9 percent in the month in question, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
In the first four months of 2013, South Korean new car registrations rose by 20.9 percent to 48,284 units compared to the same period of 2012.
