Shijiazhuang Steel develops DIN 30CrMoV9 nitriding steel

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co. has announced that it has successfully developed production of German standard (DIN) 30CrMoV9 nitriding steel, marking the company's first breakthrough in the production of advanced nitriding steel according to foreign standards. DIN 30CrMoV9 nitriding steel can be applied in power stations, steam turbines and heavy machinery.
