Shenhua Group’s coal sales rise 44.9 percent in May

On June 15, Chinese state-run energy and mining company Shenhua Group Corporation Limited (Shenhua Group) announced that it produced 23.50 million mt of commercial grade coal in May this year, up 29.8 percent year on year, while its coal sales for the month totaled 32.90 million mt, up 44.9 percent year on year.
