Severstal-Metiz masters over 100 new products in 2017

Russian steelmaker Severstal has announced that its metalware segment Severstal-Metiz produced more than 100 new products in 2017, expanding the range of its products. 

The new products produced by the company include new types of steel sections, railroad fasteners, calibrated rolled metal products and new types of high-strength fasteners and ropes. 

In particular, in the given year, the company started the manufacturing of a new railroad screw with a fixed nut and became the exclusive supplier of this product in Russia.
