Second Karnataka iron ore block sells to MSPL

On September 12, SteelOrbis reported MSPL’s successful winning bid for the Kanhaiyalal Duheria iron ore block in Karnataka, India.

Sources report that MSPL was also the preferred bidder for a second large mine in the recent Phase III mineral auction. MSPL has acquired the Rangangouda mine block with 63.33 million mt in estimated iron ore reserves for a presently undisclosed amount.
