Ryerson Tull to acquire J&F Steel of Arcelor

According to recent news in the market, Ryerson Tull, Inc, North America's leading distributor and processor of metals has signed an agreement with Arcelor to acquire J&F Steel from Arcelor's subsidiary Arbed Americas LLC. The deal, which has been concluded at $55 million for cash payment, is expected to be completed in the third quarter. Provided that the deal is concluded, J&F Steel, processor of flat rolled steel, will operate as a part of Ryerson Tull Coil Processing division.
