Inprom, one of Russia's leading independent steel service networks, has announced the commissioning of modern shot-blasting lines at its branches located in Saransk and Perm.

The new equipment is designed for high-quality surface cleaning of steel products, including large-size welded beams and structures, with high coating adhesion and long-term corrosion protection.

In compliance with European standard SA3, the new equipment allows the cleaning and coating of steel products up to 12 meters long, 2 meters wide, 0.5 meters high and with thickness of up to 60 mm, thus increasing their service life.

Later this year, Inprom plans the commissioning of a similar shot-blasting line at its steel service center in Samara.
