Russian CR quota utilization level for Ukraine

According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, up to November 1 Ukraine utilized 50 percent of its annual quota for cold rolled steel exports to Russia, supplying a total of 100,000 metric tons.

According to the agreement signed between Russia and Ukraine on June 22, 2007, Russia's yearly quota for Ukraine regarding the subject products is 200,000 metric tons for 2007.
