Russia is interested in a more active presence in Ukraine's steel industry, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov said after his meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich today in Moscow. Mr. Fradkov said that Russian businessmen have had problems trying to invest in several sectors of the Ukrainian economy over the last two years, when the coordination between the two countries was broken. The Russian Prime Minister also added that in turn Ukrainian companies are welcome to invest in Russia.
