Russia likely to initiate AD investigation on Ukrainian ferro-alloys

Russia's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MERT) is planning to initiate an antidumping investigation concerning ferro-manganese imported from Ukraine, sources report. After receiving complaints from local industries, Russia signaled its intention to conduct an antidumping investigation. The process will determine whether the imports of ferro-manganese from Ukraine cause injury to the local industries. The investigation will reportedly commence after the complaints are examined.
