According to the Russian Stainless Steel Development Association Spetsstal, in November this year Russia's stainless steel imports decreased by 17.1 percent compared to the previous month to 20,211 mt.
In the January-November period of this year, the country's stainless steel imports increased 26.4 percent compared to the first 11 months of 2010, amounting to 223,454 mt.
