Real estate sales in Turkey down 37.6 percent in July from June

In July this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 93,902 units, dropping by 37.6 percent month on month and by 12.9 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, in the first seven months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 820,300 units, increasing by 24.2 percent on year-on-year basis.
