Raspadskaya-Koksovaya produces 1 million mt of coking coal

Raspadskaya Coal Company (Raspadskaya), one of the largest coking coal producers in Russia, has announced that its Raspadskaya-Koksovaya mine has already produced 1 million metric tons of coking coal of grade K since the beginning of this year.

Raspadskaya-Koksovaya mine is one of the most complex mines with underground coal production in Raspadskaya coal company. Works are conducted at depths ranging from 300 to 400 meters. Such layers are proned to sudden outbursts of coal and gas.
