The US DOC ruled last week against the critical circumstances allegation in the US trade case against Turkish and Mexican rebar, in addition to declaring that Turkish mills do not receive subsidies—something Turkish mills have been insisting for months.  A detailed look on how this trade case came to be is available in the most recent issue of Prime magazine .
