Preliminary results of AD review on SSSS in coils from Mexico

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on June 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Mexico. On the basis of adequate responses both from domestic interested parties and respondent parties, DOC determined to conduct full five-year review (sunset review) for the duties on subject product imported from Mexico. DOC preliminarily determined that revocation of the antidumping duty on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Mexico is likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping at the levels listed below:

Manufacturer/exporter Margin

Mexinox...................................30.85%
All Others................................30.85%
