The pig iron output of Sichuan-based Chinese steelmaker Pangang Group Steel Vanadium & Titanium Co's blast furnace No. 3 has exceeded one million mt so far in the current year, according to local newspaper Sichuan Daily.
In July alone, Pangang Group Steel Vanadium & Titanium's BF No.3 produced 141,400 mt of pig iron.
