Outotec to supply iron ore pelletizing plant to India

Finnish mining and metal manufacturing equipment provider Outotec has announced that it has received an order from a customer in India for the design and delivery of an iron ore pelletizing plant to be constructed in northeast India. The value of the order is approximately €70 million and it will be booked in Outotec's second quarter order intake.
 
Once operational, the plant will produce annually 4 million mt of iron ore pellets to be used as raw material for steel production.
