OEMK sustains shipment levels in Jan-Sept 2006

The Russian Oskol Metallurgical Plant (OEMK), a member of Metalloinvest Holding, for the January-September 2006 period recorded shipments of 2.2 million metric tons of its products - including 356,030 metric tons of pellets, 361,070 metric tons of crude steel, and 1.5 million metric tons of finished steel products. The figures show almost no changes in shipment volumes as compared to the same period of last year. In September alone, OEMK shipped 39,610 metric tons of pellets, 35,250 metric tons crude steel, and 153,570 metric tons of finished steel products.
