OCL in steel business
Orissa, India-based cement producer OCL India Ltd will set foot into the steel business with the establishment of a 250'000 ton per annum capacity integrated steel plant. The plant, which will cost Rupees 2'040'000'000 ($46.5 million), will be built in phases. It is expected to be fully operational in 2009.OCL in steel business
