Morocco announces 11% AD duty on Turkish hot rolled flat steel imports

According to the General Directorate of Export at Turkey's Ministry of Economy, Morocco's Industry, Trade and New Technologies Ministry has announced that the zero percent preliminary antidumping (AD) duty rates for Turkish steel producers Colakoglu and Erdemir in the antidumping duty investigation regarding hot rolled flat steel imports from the European Union and Turkey have been changed to final duty rates of 11 percent for all Turkish producers and exporters.
 
In November 2013, the preliminary antidumping duty rates for European producers were as follows: ArcelorMittal - 29.12 percent; Tata Steel - 22.11 percent, and Steel Link - 22.11 percent.
 
The goods subject to the antidumping duty are currently classified under Harmonized System code numbers 7208 (excluding 7208.10 and 7208.40), 7211.13, 7211.14 and 7211.19.
