MMZ’s rolled steel output down 58 percent in July from June

In July this year, Moldavian Metallurgical Works (MMZ), a steelmaker based in the Transnistrian region of Moldova, produced 8,857 mt of rolled products, down 58 percent from the previous month. In the given month, the company’s rolled product shipments decreased by 43 percent month on month to 8,771 mt, including 6,504 mt of reinforcing bars and 2,267 mt of wire rod
 
In July, the products were shipped to the markets of EU countries, Ukraine and Moldova
