MMZ’s rolled steel output down 25 percent in June from May

In June this year, Moldavian Metallurgical Works (MMZ), a steelmaker based in the Transnistrian region of Moldova, produced 21,058 mt of rolled products, down 25 percent from the previous month. In the given month, the company’s rolled product shipments decreased by 33.5 percent month on month to 15,432 mt, including 8,681 mt of reinforcing bars and 6,751 mt of wire rod
 
In June, the products were shipped to the markets of EU countries, Ukraine and Moldova
