MMK increases shipments to auto industry by 20 percent in January-June

Russian steelmaker MMK has announced that in the first half of the current year it increased steel deliveries to the automotive industry to 215,000 mt, up 20 percent compared to the same period last year.

MMK’s cold rolled steel shipments to global automobile makers who have production plants in Russia increased to 6,189 mt in the first six months, compared to only 251 mt in the same period of 2014.
