Mittal Steel Kriviy Rih raises output in Jan-Nov

During the January-November 2006 period, the Ukrainian steel producer Mittal Steel Kriviy Rih registered a 12.6 percent increase in finished steel products output, a 9.1 percent rise in crude steel production and a 10.2 percent increase in pig iron production year on year. The respective figures in metric tons were 6.3 million, 6.9 million and 6.2 million. In November alone, the company produced 551,000 metric tons of finished steel products, 645,000 metric tons of crude steel and 582,000 metric tons of pig iron.
