Metinvest secures a ten-year €25 million loan

The Ukrainian mining and steel producing group Metinvest has announced that it has secured a €25 million ten-year buyer credit facility covered by Euler Hermes Deutschland AG, the German export credit insurance agency. Deutsche Bank acted as Sole Arranger and Sole Lender of the Euler Hermes-covered loan.
 
According to Metinvest’s statement, the proceeds of the facility will be used to finance the construction of a pulverized coal injection unit at Yenakiieve Iron and Steel Works by Küttner GmbH & Co. KG., a German industrial manufacturer.
