LNM submitted its final offer for HC
According to latest reports, LNM has submitted its final offer to takeover the assets of Polish steel
plate producer Huta Czestochowa (HC) and shares of Huta Stali Huta Czestochowa (HSC).
As previously reported by SteelOrbis, LNM had submitted offer for HC and HSC in November 2003.
In case LNM's offer is accepted, the company will strengthen its existence in Central and Eastern
Europe.
