LNM concludes Nova Hut takeover

It appears that the Dutch Group LNM and the Czech Government have solved their differences on Nova Hut and the sales have been confirmed in all details. However, the offer for Vitkovice is rejected, having been found too low. The Trinecke Zelezarny-CMC consortium could at this stage take over negotiations. Considering however that the two mills Nova Hut and Vitkovice share a blast furnace, whoever takes over Vitkovice will have to deal with LNM.
