Brazil-based Açotubo, a major Latin American steel distributor, said it has restructured its sales department to achieve BRL 1 billion in revenues in 2019. Açotubo restructured its sales team into three regions: South, Center and Center-North business areas.
Açotubo expects the restructured business to see positive results in about 90 days. Additionally, the company said it invested BRL 8.5 million in a new product line for stainless steel bars.
