Kremikovtzi bought Lamkos
Bulgarian steel maker Kremikovtzi won yesterday's tender for the Kosova based galvanized sheet iron plant Lamkos and bought the company for €4.15 million. The takeover of is subject to the approval of The Board of the Kosovo Trust Agency in late April. Kremikovtzi plans to invest €15 million to renew Lamkos in the next two years. Lamkos has a 150'000 tons annual production capacity. The plant will also provide raw materials for the recently acquired Kremikovtzi Lemind FPL in Serbia.Kremikovtzi bought Lamkos
