Kardemir to supply rails to Turkish State Railways

On January 6, Turkish long steel producer Kardemir Karabuk Demir Celik San. ve Tic. A.S. (Kardemir) announced that it has won a tender for supply of rails to Turkish State Railways.

According to a company statement, within the scope of the tender Kardemir will provide Turkish State Railways with 20,000 mt of 60 E1 model rails.

Kardemir stated that it was formally notified by Turkish State Railways regarding the result of the tender.
