Japan’s iron ore imports declined 1.8 percent in first seven months

According to Japanese customs data, Japan imported 72.16 million mt of iron ore in the first seven months in 2018, down 1.33 million mt or 1.8 percent from the 73.49 million mt imported in the same period the previous year.
