ITC to conduct full sunset review on Japanese large diameter line pipe

On Friday, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) decided to conduct a full sunset review of the antidumping order on welded large diameter line pipe from Japan. 
 
The ITC found that the responses from the domestic industry and from Japanese producers were adequate and, thus, warranted a full review. 
 
The ITC's decision to conduct a full sunset review means that parties will have the opportunity to file briefs, testify at the ITC's public hearing, and submit comments. The ITC will also send detailed questionnaires to US and foreign producers, US importers, and US purchasers.
