ITC negative determination of CR imports from 5 countries

According to the latest determinations by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) imports of certain cold rolled steel products from India, Australia, Thailand, Sweden and Japan do not cause injury to the U.S. local market. It was previously determined by the DOC that the above described products, imported from the aforesaid countries were sold at less than fair value. Based on the negative determinations of ITC, no duty rates will be established for the imports from Thailand, Sweden, Japan, India and Australia.
