AD final determinations on CR from 5 countries US Department of Commerce issued final determinations on Australia, India, Sweden, Thailand and Japan Anti-dumping margins determined by the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on certain cold rolled steel product imports from 5 countries: On July 11, 2002 the Department of Commerce (DOC) announced final determinations of anti-dumping duty investigations for Australia, India, Japan, Sweeden and Thailand. Also critical circumstances from Australia and India are determined by the DOC. International Trade Commission (ITC) final determinations are scheduled to be made on August 26. Petitioners of this file are Bethlehem Steel, LTV Steel(liquidated, no longer a petitioner), National Steel, Nucor Corp., Steel Dynamics, United States Steel LLC., WCI Steel and Weirton Steel Corp. There are also anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations for the above referenced material from Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, France, Germany, the Republic of Korea, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, South Africa, Taiwan and Venezuela that are scheduled to be determined by September 23, 2002.
