ITC initiates sunset review for SS plate imported from six countries
US International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday voted to conduct full sunset reviews (five-year) concerning anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty orders on
stainless steel
plate imported from
Belgium,
Canada,
Italy,
Korea, South
Africa and
Taiwan.
In line with the result of the voting, ITC will conduct full sunset reviews to determine whether the revocation of the orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury for US domestic industry.
Interested parties are requested to submit their comments on the decision of ITC. Generally, 95 days after the initiation of the review, ITC determines whether the responses indicate adequate or inadequate level of interest in a full review. Provided that the responses are adequate, ITC will conduct full review, which includes public hearing and questionnaires.
