ITC determination on corrosion-resistant flats sunset review

The U.S. International Trade Commission announced that they have made affirmative determinations in connection with the remand of the sunset review as regards the imports of corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from France and Germany. The ITC concluded that revoking the existing antidumping and countervailing duties on imports of corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from France and Germany, would most probably bring further material injury to the relevant US industry. The ITC's remand determinations will be given to the US Court of International Trade by September 18th, 2002.
