Ispat Annaba overcomes rolling problems

According to recent reports to SteelOrbis, Ispat Annaba, Ispat's carbon steel plant in Algeria, has overcome the problems and can now finally roll HRC down to 2.3mm thickness. The mill is hoping to reach 2mm by the end of August while performing on many of the outstanding contracts they have since March of this year.
