Iranian state-owned steel plants exported 1,302,000 mt of steel (semi-finished and finished products) in the last Iranian year (ended March 20, 2010), of which 716,000 mt consisted of finished products (longs and flats) and 586,000 mt of semi-finished steel (billet, bloom, slab) according to the newly published data from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
