Ilyich-Steel sells 6.26% of Ilyich mill

The largest shareholder of the Ukrainian steelmaker Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol (Ilyich), Ilyich-Steel, has announced that the company sold 6.26 percent of its shares in the mill on October 16. The decision to sell 150,000,000 shares was taken on October 10. Neither the details of the deal nor the name of the buyer were disclosed.
