Ilyich-Steel sells 12.52 percent of its shares

According to the press release of Ilyich-Steel, the holder of 90.41 percent of shares in Ukrainian Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol (Ilyich), the company had sold 12.52 percent of its previously redeemed shares. As reported by the company, on June 14, Ilyich-Steel sold 30 million of its previously redeemed nominal shares at the cost of UAH 1 per share.
