Highveld sells a part of its stake in Acerinox

South African steel producer Highveld Steel and Vanadium (Hiveld) has recently announced that it sold half of its 2.9% stake in stainless steel producer Acerinox SA for Rand 347 million ($57.2 million). Highveld acquired Acerinox shares when it disposed 64% of its stake in Columbus Stainless to Acerinox on January 1, 2002.
