Italian plantmaker Danieli has announced that it will supply a new EWR/K-Welding unit for Chinese steel producer Hebei Jingye Group’s rolling mill No. 5, located in Pingshan, China.
According to Danieli, with the new machine, which will start production in late summer of the current year, the productivity of the mill will be increased by more than 10 percent. The new machine will ensure continuous production of rebar in a diameter range of 10-40 mm.
